The Ray Ray Verdict Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and The Ray Ray Verdict, called "we" or "us" here. We run the App at rayrayverdict.com and in any app version, called the "App" here. By using the App, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy at rayrayverdict.com/privacy. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use it

• You must be 13 or older.
• If you're under 18, use it with a parent's or guardian's OK. They agree to these terms for you.
• If we learn someone under 13 is using it, we'll block their access.

2. Entertainment only

The Ray Ray Verdict is for entertainment only.

• Readings, charts, and answers are not facts or predictions.
• Nothing here is medical, mental health, legal, financial, or relationship advice.
• Don't make big decisions about your health, money, safety, school, work, or relationships based on the App.

3. Answers are written by AI

• Answers are created by artificial intelligence from an outside provider.
• They can be wrong, incomplete, or odd, even when they sound sure.
• We don't check answers before you see them, and they aren't our opinions.
• If an answer seems wrong, broken, or upsetting, tap "Report this answer."

4. If you're struggling

The App can't help in a crisis. If you're thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 anytime. That's the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US. In an emergency, call 911.

5. Using the App fairly

Please don't do any of these things.

• Use it to harass, threaten, stalk, or harm anyone.
• Enter someone else's birth details without their OK. Adding someone who's OK with it is fine.
• Try to make the AI produce sexual, hateful, illegal, or harmful content, or get around its limits.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or overload the App, or use bots on it.
• Pretend to be someone else.

We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

If you misuse the App or break these Terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the costs, including reasonable legal fees.

6. Your information

• What you type stays yours.
• Your saved charts stay on your device.
• To answer a question, we use your details as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Please don't type private information in your questions.

7. Outside services

The App uses outside services. Groq writes the AI answers. Cloudflare hosts the App. OpenStreetMap powers place search. Their own terms may apply. We aren't responsible for services we don't control.

8. Our content

The App's design, text, and code belong to us. You may use the App for your own personal fun and share your own readings with friends. Don't copy the App or use it for business without our written OK.

9. Free questions

Everyone gets 3 free questions. We count them with a small counter in your browser and a scrambled code made from your IP address, as our Privacy Policy explains. Please don't try to get around the limit.

10. No promises

The App is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, always available, or free of bugs.

11. Limit on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, these limits apply.

• We aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, like lost money or hurt feelings from a reading.
• Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Problems? Talk to us first

If you have a complaint, email reports@rayrayverdict.com first and give us 60 days to make it right. Small claims court is always open to either side. Otherwise, these terms follow Iowa law, and disputes go to the courts of Jones County, Iowa, unless your local law gives you the right to sue where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the version and date at the top and show a notice in the App for big changes. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new terms.

14. Other

• If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• We may stop or change the App at any time.
• These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement.
