The Ray Ray Verdict Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026.
The short version. Your charts stay on your device, we don't sell anything, and we don't show ads. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookie-free page counts.
1. What stays on your device
- Your saved charts, including names and birth details, stay in your browser until you delete them.
- Your age check result is saved on your device. Your birth date is not.
- You can add a chart for someone else if they're OK with it. Their details stay in your browser the same way.
2. What happens when you ask a question
- Your birth details go to our server to work out your chart. They are not stored there.
- Your name stays on your device. It's sent to our server only when you ask a question, to work out name numerology, then dropped. The AI never sees it.
- Our AI provider, Groq, gets your question and your chart results, like "Sun in Gemini." It does not get your name, birth date, time, or place. Those results can still hint at roughly when you were born.
- Answers are saved on our server for a short time, without your name or birth details, so repeat questions load faster. Someone asking the exact same question about an identical chart may get the same saved answer.
- Please don't type private information in your questions.
3. Place search
When you type a birth place, our server sends that text to OpenStreetMap to find it. It doesn't send your IP address. A limited number of recent searches are kept in server memory to speed things up. They clear when the server restarts.
4. Question limit
Everyone gets 3 free questions. To count them, your browser keeps a small counter. We also save a scrambled code made from your IP address, plus a count and a date. The code is scrambled with a secret key, so it can't be turned back into your IP address without it. It isn't linked to your birth details or your questions, and it deletes itself after a limited time. Cloudflare also runs a quick bot check to stop automated abuse.
5. Reports
If you tap "Report this answer," your email app opens a message to us with the question, the answer, and a few app details that don't identify you. We get your email address only if you send it. We use reports only to fix problems.
If you send feedback or a problem report, your email app sends it to us. We get your email address and only what you choose to include, and we use it only to reply and fix problems.
6. What we don't do
- No ads, ad trackers, or selling or sharing your data for ads.
- No accounts required.
- No session recording.
We may share information if the law requires it.
7. Outside services
- Groq writes the AI answers. It is set to keep no data.
- Cloudflare hosts the App. It may keep basic request logs.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, sees your IP address when you visit, to run and protect the site.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies.
- OpenStreetMap powers place search.
8. Kids
The App is for ages 13 and up. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 used it, email us and we'll delete what we can.
9. Deleting your data
- Delete saved charts with the Delete all my data button, or by clearing your browser data.
- This doesn't reset your free questions.
- Saved answers delete themselves after a short time.
- Email reports@rayrayverdict.com with any privacy request.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
